Couples and relationship therapy for couples in all relationship forms, complemented by individual therapy and sex therapy. I work EFT-informed, integrating body-oriented (Sexocorporel) and systemic methods. Sessions in my Uster practice, online and as Walk & Talk.

Professional Background
- Originally a computer scientist (ETH Zurich) with several years in software development. Since 2023 training as a sexologist (M.A.) and building my own practice for couples and sex therapy in Uster, near Zurich. Member of the Swiss Professional Association for Sexology (FSS).
Close relationships make us vulnerable, and that's exactly why recurring misunderstandings and disappointments can be so painful. Over time they create distance, even when both partners long for closeness. As a neutral third party, I help couples understand what lies behind difficult moments and make visible the emotional needs underneath. Step by step, a new and more connected way of being together becomes possible. I meet people with openness, without judgment and with genuine curiosity, regardless of gender, orientation or relationship structure.
